What makes your coffee different?
We focus on sourcing a wide range of high-quality green coffee beans from around the world, especially unique and hard-to-find origins. Whether you're just starting out or deep into home roasting, we’re here to give you more choice and better coffee.
What is green coffee?
Green coffee beans are raw, unroasted coffee beans. You roast them yourself at home to your preferred level: light, medium, dark, or somewhere in between.
Do you roast the coffee for me?
Yes, through our micro-roastery, we offer a limited number of small-batch custom roasts each day. You choose the coffee, and we’ll roast it fresh for you.
What is your micro-roastery?
Our micro-roastery is designed for small, precise batches. Just two custom roasts per day. It’s all about quality over quantity, giving you a more personalised coffee experience.
Ordering & Products
How is your coffee sold?
All of our green coffee beans are sold in 500g bags, and pricing is shown per 500g.
Can I buy larger quantities?
Yes, just increase the quantity in your cart. For bulk orders or special requests, feel free to contact us.
What do the flavour profiles mean?
Each coffee includes a flavour profile to help guide your expectations. These are natural tasting notes (not added flavours) and can vary depending on how you roast the beans.
Is your coffee suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Many of our coffees are beginner-friendly, and we’ll be adding more guides to help you get started with home roasting.
Shipping & Delivery
How is my coffee packaged?
Your coffee is packed fresh in resealable ECOTEC pouches, designed to keep your beans protected and in great condition during transit.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location within New Zealand, but most orders arrive within a few working days.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
At this stage, we primarily ship within New Zealand. If you're overseas, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Roasting & Brewing
How do I roast coffee at home?
There are a few options—popcorn machines, home roasters (like Behmor or Kaffeelogic), or even stovetop methods. We’ll be adding step-by-step guides soon to help you get started.
What roast level should I choose?
That depends on your taste:
- Light roast: brighter, more acidic, highlights origin flavours
- Medium roast: balanced and smooth
- Dark roast: bold, rich, and more bitter
Do different brewing methods matter?
Yes, espresso, plunger, pour-over, and filter all bring out different characteristics in the same coffee. Experimenting is part of the fun.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify, including major credit/debit cards and other supported payment options.
Can I return coffee?
Due to the nature of the product, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
