Shipping Policy (New Zealand)
We ship fresh green (unroasted) coffee beans directly from Auckland, New Zealand.
Shipping Providers
We use trusted courier services including NZ Post and Aramex to get your order to you safely and quickly.
Processing Times
We will endeavour to process your order as soon as we get it. Courier bookings close at 9am (NZST) everyday, so orders placed after 9am will be collected by the courier the next business day. You will be provided with a tracking number.
During busy periods (sales, promotions, or new product drops), processing may take slightly longer but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 1–2 business days
- South Island: 2–3 business days
- Rural deliveries: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days
Most NZ deliveries arrive within a couple of days once dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order size and weight
- Delivery location
We aim to keep shipping as fair and affordable as possible. We don't add on 'postage and handling' costs, JUST the courier cost.
Packaging & Delivery
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your coffee arrives in optimal condition.
For 500g–1kg purchases, beans are supplied in high-barrier, resealable ECOTACT pouches designed to preserve freshness. These hermetically sealed bags protect against oxygen and moisture, helping maintain the quality of your coffee from dispatch through to roasting.
Each pouch is labelled for easy identification of origin and quality.
Our packaging is selected to balance protection, freshness, and practicality during transit.

- Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Courier issues
- Weather events
- High-volume periods
We appreciate your patience if this happens. Feel free to reach out if your order seems delayed.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information
If something looks wrong, contact us ASAP and we’ll try to help before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:
