Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns if you change your mind. This is a food and beverage item, and we cannot on-sell an already sold item. What you should do is roast the coffee and try it, make some notes about the roast and the flavour experience of having fresh roasted coffee, roasted by you.


What to do if your order has been lost in transit

This is a pretty rare occurrence these days, and because we supply you with tracking information, as the receiver and the owner of the goods you need to raise a query with the courier company. We are happy to help you with this.
