Grown high in the Chirripó region of Costa Rica by producer Johnny Marin, this natural Catuai lot is all about sweetness, fruit, and intensity.

The cherries are slowly dried on African beds, spending the first few days in the shade to extend fermentation and build extra depth into the cup. The result is a coffee with huge aroma, rich sweetness, and the sort of flavour that feels alive when roasted fresh at home.
