Part of BECAMO’s Guara Azul program, this washed lot was created to highlight some of the finest coffees coming out of the western highlands of Lempira — coffees selected not just for quality, but for the care, innovation, and precision behind every harvest.

Named after the vibrant blue macaw, a national symbol of Honduras, Guara Azul coffees are produced by smallholder farmers working with strict quality protocols and carefully monitored fermentation techniques to create clean, expressive, and beautifully balanced cups.

Sweet, structured, and incredibly approachable.

The kind of coffee that works just as well as a comforting daily drinker as it does a carefully dialled-in pour over.
